Being a Respectful Guest

Our website is our digital home. We ask that you use it for its intended purpose—exploring our work and placing orders. Please don’t try to “break” the site, scrape our data, or do anything that interferes with other people’s ability to browse.

The Product Images:

We do try our best to get the photos look exactly like the items from our workshop however many of our items made from leather have slight variations in the texture and grain with a sign of the real deal as the screen resolutions are different of all monitors and laptops, phones.

We will need you to approve the designs and the samples before we start processing your production of the orders.

For the custom and private label work we require a minimum advance payment to get the materials and start the work with our team.

If you need to make any changes, we request you to make the changes on urgent basis. We shall do the best and make the desired changes however there can be a change in price as well as the delivery date due to changes.

Payment Terms

The price we quote covers the craftsmanship and other factors such as shipping, taxes, custom duties. Your final invoice will include all the details, what is due, paid or balance with the time frame.

Getting Your Order Home

Once your order is packed and ready, we hand it over to professional shipping partners.

• The Reality of Shipping: Sometimes things happen that are out of our hands—like a storm, a customs delay, or a global logistics hiccup. We can’t be held responsible for these delays, but we will always do our best to help you track your package.
• Once the order is shipped you will be notified.

Returns and Making It Right

• Damaged Goods: If the shipping journey was rough and your items arrived damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Send us a few photos so we can see what happened and help you out.
• Custom Items: Because custom-made products are unique to you, we can’t take them back unless there’s a genuine mistake in how we manufactured them. If you’re unhappy, talk to us—we’re humans, and we want to find a fair solution.
